Happy Holidays!

Here is a poem I just came up with today, I hope you all enjoy it!
Merry Christmas!

A Christmas Eve Tradition
By: Vickram Bachan

'Twas the night before Christmas, or so the story goes,
As the reindeers geared up, and St. Nick said his "Ho Ho Ho's"

He leaves everyone presents by sliding down their chimneys,
and he always has room for more milk and cookies.

As the sleigh flies through the night sky,
decorations and bright lights could be seen from up high.

Little mangers with baby Jesus beautifully displayed,
bringing holiday cheer like the Santa Claus parade.

Wreaths hung on doors and stockings by fire places,
each display is amazing, and puts a smile on all faces.

Piles of delicious food on every table, as loved ones gather for dinner,
friends and family share memories, as their stomachs grow less thinner.

Trees are decorated with coloured lights and joy,
while every child is excited to unwrap a new toy.

The shiny bright snow falls, giving all a white Christmas,
while gifts are wrapped with thought and care for each of us.

Father Christmas returns to the North Pole after a job well done,
getting ready to do it all again a year later, and have more fun.

The Messiah looks down as His birthday is celebrated worldwide,
and a smile crosses His face, filled with love and pride.
